But I Don’t - Kid Smpl
Seattle’s Kid Smpl— or 22-year-old Joey Butler— will release his debut album Skylight on November 13— a record marking the inaugural release from nightbus-hub Hush Hush Records, and also the first foray into vinyl artwork from TSE’s very own designer. Joey was one of the first bedroom producers we lauded upon starting TSE a year ago, and even served as the first contributor to our mix series back in March. His career has since taken off, and his deeply atmospheric productions continue to resonate. We love that he’s amassed an impressive fanbase without sacrificing his signature outer space sound.
