“Miss” marks the latest experimental arrangement from Glasgow’s cinematically-inclined Sei A. The dark and contained tune arrives courtesy of Sei A’s frequent distribution partner, Turbo Recordings. The distinguished Scotsman is notorious for his dynamic cauldron of hazy, hypnotic beats, amassing a wildly eclectic catalogue since his 2008 debut, Editing Shadows. “Miss” emerges from the downtempo end of the spectrum, employing faded, indiscernible vocals amidst an anguished atmosphere to great effect.
